The Chef
Nicholas Loshak brings a wealth of experience to Prince Edward Schooled in England, he apprenticed at the Dorchester Hotel and in Switzerland. After working in such places as Antigua, Bahamas and Alberta, he settled in Ottawa and worked at the Ritz Restaurant. He then worked for the United States Ambassador where he served two Presidents and six Prime Ministers. More recently he had his own catering business in the Kingston area, Nick of Thyme Catering while he ran the Casablanca Bed and Breakfast. He has most recently returned from working for the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines aboard the Oasis of the Seas. Nicholas likes to use his multi-cultural experience in using local produce to present a eclectically inspired menu.
